Mi Smash Therapy

Sessions are by reservation only. Guests arrive 15 minutes early to check in, sign the waiver and put on protective gear, then enter a smash room stocked with breakables and use tools supplied by the venue. Packages run 25 minutes, with online packages built for 1 to 4 people and no more than 2 allowed in the room at once; others watch through a window and can swap in. Staff handle cleanup, and sessions can be recorded for purchase.

Items on offer include tea cups to big-screen TVs and specialty add-ons chosen at check-in.

Tools provided: weapons/tools supplied by the venue.

Health and safety

• Pregnant women can't take part (may watch)
• No participation if appearing intoxicated; no alcohol on the premises
• Waiver notes activity not recommended for asthma, epilepsy, cardio/respiratory disorder, hypertension, skeletal or joint problems

Waiver: Every participant signs a waiver before entering; online form on site.

What to wear: Closed-toe shoes, tennis shoes or boots ideal (no sandals, flip flops, crocs, flats, heels, hey dudes, loafers) and Long pants and long sleeves ideal.

Your own items: Up to 10 clean glass items and 2 electronics free per session; $5 disposal fee per electronic; staff approve items; no hazardous materials, lithium batteries, liquids, flammables, ammunition, weapons or food; own tools not allowed.

Rules

• IDs required for 18+ at check-in
• Smashables only thrown at the designated wall
• No hitting walls, doors, crates, tables or windows
• No swinging tools at each other
• Max 2 participants in a room at a time

Photos and video: Phones and cameras welcome at own risk; rooms are monitored and recorded; waiver permits promotional use of photos.

Booking and cancellation

• Notice: Reservation only, no walk-ins
• Cancellations: Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before with no fee; within 48 hours or no-show is non-refundable; rescheduling inside 48 hours costs $30

• Late arrival: Arriving 10+ minutes after start leads to rescheduling with a $30 fee
