The Rage Room Alliance (RRA) is dedicated to fostering a safe, responsible, and professional rage room industry. Adherence to this code is mandatory for all RRA members.

Safety First

  • Compliance with Safety Regulations: Members must adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and guidelines applicable to the operation of rage rooms.
  • Participant Safety: Ensure all participants are briefed on safety procedures, equipped with appropriate safety gear, and monitored during activities to prevent injury.

Business Integrity

  • Legal Compliance: Members must operate their businesses legally, with proper registration, permits, and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Honesty and Transparency: Conduct business dealings honestly, provide clear and accurate information about services and prices, and avoid deceptive practices.

Insurance and Liability

  • Adequate Insurance Coverage: Maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance, to protect participants, employees, and the business in the event of accidents or damages.
  • Waivers and Consent: Ensure that all participants sign a waiver or consent form that clearly explains the risks involved and the terms of participation.

Enforcement

Failure to adhere to this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of RRA membership. The RRA is committed to enforcing these standards to maintain the integrity and reputation of the rage room industry.
